In addition, users can adjust the operating settings for different bottle sizes and liquid requirements. How the Automatic Bottle Filling System Works

The system uses a 600mm conveyor to move bottles toward the filling station. First, a sensor detects when a bottle reaches the required position. Next, the Arduino processes the sensor signal and activates the filling mechanism.Then, the system dispenses the selected amount of liquid into the bottle. Afterward, the conveyor moves the filled bottle forward and brings the next bottle into position. Meanwhile, the LCD displays useful information, including the filling volume and number of completed bottles.Furthermore, users can adjust the conveyor speed and filling parameters. As a result, the system can accommodate different operating conditions and bottle sizes.
